Q: Do you do couples massages?

A: No, this service is not offered

Q:Do you provide services for children?

A: No, Pediatric Massage is no longer offered

Q: Do you provide mobile massage?

A: No, mobile massage or spa parties are not offered

Q: Do you take Independent Health Extras?

A: Yes, Wellness Debit cards are accepted. 

Please note these cards will not let you hold appointment when booking

a regular credit/debit card must be used.

Q: May I book an appointment for today?

A: Same day appointments and walk-ins are not available.

Q: Am I able to bring someone with me to my appointment?

A: No other guest are allowed during your session

Q: May I leave a tip via Venmo?

A: Tips are greatly appreciated and may be left via cash, venmo, cashapp or credit/debit card

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: *Clients can cancel up to 24 hours prior to their appointment with no charge.

*Late cancel is any appointment cancelled the day before appointment up until 11:59 pm and will result in charge of 50% of service cost.

*Same Day Late Cancel- Any appointment cancelled the same day as appointment after 12:00 am and will result in charge of 75% of the service cost.

*No shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

Multiple late cancels will result in no longer being able to book.

No Shows without response will result in being blocked from booking any future appointment

Q: Do you take No-Fault Insurance?

A: No-Fault is no longer accepted.

Q: Do you provide pregnancy massage?

A: No, this service is no longer offered.

Q: Do I get fully undressed?

A: You can undress to your level of comfort. You are properly and professionally draped at all times.

Q: I can't make it last minute, can I send someone in my place?

A: No, this is not allowed and is stated in the information to read prior to booking.

Q: I have an old gift certificate from Massagebook. Can I still use it?

A: Yes! Please book as normal. 

A credit card is required to hold all appointments but is not charged. Present gift certificate at checkout to be redeemed. 

You may leave a note when booking that you have a gift card to redeem. 

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Sorry, insurance is not accepted.
