Please read the following before proceeding to booking. (Required)


If you had session(s) transferred from old booking system click here

  • If you have a gift certificate from the Massagebook system. Please don't worry you may still book as normal (a credit card is required to book but is not charged). If you have a Square gift card/E-Gift Card the same rules apply.
  • The new system requires a credit card on hold to book ALL appointments (Even is using points/Transferred sessions). The card is not charged at the time of booking but will result in charges if late cancel/no show fees have to be charged. 
    • No more having to prepay all clients will be completely checked out after service.
  • Services are all paid at checkout in the office. Please have form of payment with you. 
  • Schedule will always be open 45 days out from the current date. (The next months schedule will no longer be opening up on the 15th of every month. 
  • Clients can cancel up to 24 hours prior to their appointment with no charge.

  • Same Day Late Cancel- Any appointment cancelled the same day as appointment after 12:00 am and will result in charge of 75% of the service cost.

  • Late cancel is any appointment cancelled the day before appointment up until 11:59 pm and will result in charge of 50% of service cost.

  • No Show fee is an automatic charge of 100% of the service cost to the card used to book session.
  • There is now a wait-list on the booking app that you may add yourself to. In the event of a cancelation the system will automatically offer opening to the first in line and if no response within 20 mins the system will automatically offer the opening to the next person and so on.
  • You can now earn points on services that can be redeemed for services!
    • Points are not earned on sessions that have been transferred into the new system or on sessions booked with a gift certificate/card, discounted or paid for with points. Check out the Points/Rewards Page here!
  • All appointments are now "appointment request" to guarantee approval, I ask that you book the following time slots to allow me to maximize my schedule or your appointment is subject to not being approved or to a time shift.
    • The time slots are: Based on most commonly booked session (60 Mins) 
      • Monday: 11 am; 12:30 pm
      • Tuesday: 9 am; 10:30 am; 12 pm; 1:30 pm
      • Wednesday: 1 pm; 2:30 pm; 4 pm; 5:30 pm
      • Thursday: 1 pm; 2:30 pm; 4 pm; 5:30 pm
      • Saturday: 10 am; 11:30 am; 1 pm; 2:30 pm
    • Once your appointment is approved you will receive a email. (Please Read)
  • Tips are still greatly appreciated but not required and you may still tip via cash, Cashapp, Venmo or Credit/Debit Card at time of checkout

Booking and Other Info

  • If you are booking an appointment for someone other than yourself please create a account in their name. Every individual must have their own separate account. You CANNOT book for someone else under your account.
  • If you are late you lose time. Your session will end at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early but no more than 10 minutes. The door will remain locked until 10 minutes prior to each appointment. Also if you are running late please be courteous by contacting me via phone/text 716-218-0676. (Text preferred)
  • If you are early your time will start once I start your treatment. (Ex. If we start at 10:25 your 60 min session will end at 11:25)
  • If you cannot make it your appointment you cannot just send someone in your place. No changes to appointment within 24 hours of appointment time. (You may cancel prior to 24 hours of appointment time without incurring any late cancel fees)
  • Once your appointment is booked to cancel or reschedule please log directly into your account to do so. Please keep the late cancel/no show policy in mind when doing so. If booking for someone else please make them aware of all policies as well. 
  • You will receive a text message to confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please do NOT cancel by replying to this message. To cancel log into your account or text 716-218-0676  (Keep late cancel policy in mind) and always include your first and last name.
  • Annual Form must be filled out
    • Please note that you will now receive a short form to fill out prior to each appointment. This form will ask about any add-ons you may want and is required to be filled out. 

Covid-19 Procedures & Precautions 

  • Face Mask are required at ALL TIMES.
  • Clients must PROPERLY wash hands upon arrival.
  • Temperature will be taking upon arrival.
  • If you are sick, you must reschedule. If you come in sick for your appointment, you will be sent home and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • If you have pending Covid-19 test results, you must reschedule.
  • If you have traveled or planned on traveling please use your best judgement when scheduling. (Recommended to book at least 2 weeks out from date of return)
  • If you have been around someone with Covid-19 in the last 2 weeks you must reschedule at least 2 weeks from the date you were last around the person.
  • No additional Guest (this includes children as well)

Hygiene

  • Please shower/bathe (Your entire body must be free from any odors)
  • Please no strong colognes/perfumes/body sprays
  • Sandal/flip flop weather- Please ensure your feet are free of any dirt or debris

Please Note

  • Massage is Life,LLC/Angela Jessie LMT provides PROFESSIONAL services for THERAPEUTIC purposes ONLY. Any form of sexual misconduct towards myself or attempted on your own self is strictly prohibited. Session will be stopped and you will be reported and banned from booking any future appointments. This is also included on the intake/waiver form that you sign off on stating that you have read and understand and will follow rules and points listed on the waiver. SECURITY IS ON-SITE

  • Cash (please have correct amount) Cash not kept onsite for safety reasons.
  • HSA (Health Saving account)
  • Wellness debit cards (EX. BCBS/Independent Health) 
  • FSA Cards(Must be able to provide a Letter of Medical necessity from your doctor to FSA provider in most cases). 
  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS. 
  • Insurance or no-fault NOT accepted

Please note if you will be paying with HSA/FSA cards you must hold appointment with an actual credit/debit card. Bring in your form of payment for checkout to be charged.
